Thank you for booking a coaching session with Tonya Renee Trichology. Please review the following policy before purchasing.

Coaching Session Investment

• Introductory Rate: $50 (limited-time offer)
• Standard Rate: $75

All coaching sessions are conducted virtually and are scheduled in advance.

No Refund Policy

All coaching session purchases are non-refundable.

Due to the time, preparation, and personalized nature of each session, refunds will not be issued once a session has been booked and paid for.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

To request a reschedule, please contact us via email.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice:

• The session will be considered a no-show
• The session will be forfeited without refund

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your scheduled session:

• Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time
• Additional time will not be added

Cancellations by Tonya Renee Trichology

In the rare event that a session must be canceled by Tonya Renee Trichology:

• You will be offered a rescheduled session
• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund may be issued

By booking and paying for a coaching session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
