VIRTUAL CCCA SCALP & ROUTINE AUDIT

Virtual CCCA Scalp & Routine Audit

This 45-minute Virtual CCCA Scalp & Routine Audit is designed for women who want a more intentional approach to understanding and caring for their scalp and hair.

During your session, we’ll take a focused look at your current hair and scalp concerns, hair history, scalp photos, hair-care routine, styling practices, and relevant lifestyle and wellness factors that may be affecting your scalp and hair.

Rather than trying to figure everything out on your own, you’ll receive personalized education, practical guidance, and clear next steps to help you make more informed decisions about your scalp and hair care.

What to Expect

Hair and Scalp Discussion

During your session, we will take a focused look at your hair and scalp concerns—such as thinning, breakage, shedding, and changes in density or texture—so we can clearly identify what you’re experiencing and where support is needed most.

Scalp Photo Review

Before your session, you’ll be asked to submit clear photos of your scalp and hair. During your audit, we’ll review those images together and discuss visible patterns such as thinning, changes in density, buildup, dryness, or other noticeable scalp and hair changes.

These images help provide additional visual context for our discussion but are not used to medically diagnose a scalp or hair condition.

Optional At-Home Scalp Imaging

If you would like to provide an even closer view of your scalp, you may choose to use an affordable smartphone-compatible scalp microscope or camera before your appointment.

This is completely optional and is not required for your session. If used, the close-up images may provide additional visual information that can be reviewed for educational purposes during your audit.

Lifestyle & Health Factors

Hair and scalp health do not exist in isolation. We’ll discuss relevant lifestyle and wellness factors that may provide additional context for what you’re experiencing.

This may include stress, sleep, hydration, dietary patterns, recent lifestyle changes, and other factors that may influence overall hair and scalp wellness.

This discussion is educational and is not intended to diagnose or treat an underlying health condition.

Health History, Medications & Supplements

You’ll have an opportunity to share relevant health history, medications, supplements, hormonal changes, recent illnesses, or other health-related information that you believe may be important to your hair and scalp journey.

This information helps provide context for our discussion. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, recommend stopping or changing prescribed treatment, or provide medical advice.

Product & Routine Review

We’ll review the products you currently use and how you care for your hair and scalp, including shampoos, conditioners, oils, serums, scalp treatments, styling products, wash frequency, protective styles, and heat use. Together, we’ll identify areas of your routine that may be supporting your scalp and areas that may benefit from adjustment.
